Wireless GSM/GPRS Based Remote Water Pumping Station Automation With SCADA

We specialize in wireless GPRS/GSM data loggers & RTUs for raw water, clear water and waste sewage water pumping station automation. Water pumping station automation can easily be done with our pre-programmed wireless GPRS/GSM data loggers & RTUs. Our wireless data loggers RTUs and PLCs are ready to use but can be programmed as per client requirements. The wireless GSM/GPRS data loggers RTUs PLCc are "Plug & Play" type just buy and install with any electric pump of any capacity and voltage. And your water pumping station is ready for operation in automation mode. You do not require any programming to be done. We supply you everything ready made and pre-programmed. GPRS/GSM wireless automation of pumping station is done for remote water management, distribution and control. This is an open architecture system of pump house automation. You can install one GSM/GPRS RTU today and add more later on anytime.

SCADA software is installed on the central control room PC. Single SCADA software can connect with any number of wireless GSM/GPRS RTUs. Complete monitoring and control operation of water pump electric motors, motor operated valves (MOV), air compressures can easily be done. Water level in the tank, water pressure in the pipe lines, flow of water in the water pipe lines can be monitored and controlled from the central control room PC through SCADA software. Rural Village Raw/Sewage Water Pumping Station & Water Treatment:
Softbitonline has installed the GPRS/GSM wireless data loggers & RTUs at rural raw water treatment and pumping stations. The water pumping station operates in full automatic mode. Whenever the power is resumed at the water pumping station, the logical controller starts working. It first checks the availability of water in the clear water tank and if the water level if low it creates an internal logical flag. Then it checks the availability of water in the raw water tank/well and if there if sufficient water available, it starts the water pump motor. This water is first sent to funnel type water filtration system. Water is treated here for impurities and made clear. From raw water treatment system the water is sent to the clear water tank for storage and distribution to rural villages for drinking and cooking purpose. Once the clear water tank is full, the logical controller switches off the pump and waits for the next cycle. This is a fully automatic raw water treatment and clear water distribution system. The data like electrical parameters of pump house electric motors, pump running time, water quality check parameters are recorded and stored at the remote central control room. Management of the vehicular parking is necessary in all the cities around the world. Proper parking management is a major problem. Earlier, only manual sliding or swing doors were used that were cheap and required low maintenance. However, in modern parking systems utilization of automatic gates is done. The logical controllers and web SCADA applications can be used for automatic parking, operation and control of the parking area and gates. Automatic ticket dispensers can also be set up at the entry gates of the premises and in residential complexes, buildings or bungalows. Softbitonline offers logical controllers, GSM/GPRS/RF based RTUs and web SCADA applications for wireless monitoring and operation of the automatic car parking systems. We design and manufacture GSM/GPRS/RF based RTUs and logical controllers for making car parking systems automatic. Since these logical controllers and RTUs are wireless and GSM/GPRS based, the operator can monitor and control them from the central control room using a computer. The user can also monitor the area using their mobile phones that would receive data from the GSM/GPRS/RF based RTUs attached to the field device. We also provide customised web SCADA software applications that are compatible with the logical controller or the hardware. Our web SCADA software for car parking, gates and security is completely web based and requires no installation. You can access it using a web browser. Therefore, monitoring and control can be done from any location. This GPRS/GSM based logical controller and web-based SCADA system cut the maintenance costs and increases the device’s uptime. Real-time data can be fetched using our internet based SCADA system. SMS alerts can be also set for 5 user selected registered mobile number. Our SCADA system is fully secured and can only be accessed by the registered user. The user has to login using his/her account name and password to access the data. Our wireless data loggers/RTUs have been installed in effluent treatment plants, pole mount sub stations, for remote energy management, water quality monitoring, pump house automation, energy saving systems, water flow monitoring, wireless energy monitoring, solar power and wind energy monitoring.
